Customer Service Unit Assistant

About the role

The Customer Service Unit Assistant will support the efficiency and quality of client services by managing SAP customer records, generating reports, and monitoring key performance indicators. This role ensures smooth internal communication and contributes to continuous improvement of commercial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer data in SAP: register, modify, expand and unlock accounts.
• Prepare and deliver various operational reports, including stock status, pending orders, and blocked orders.
• Monitor performance metrics such as OTIF, order cycle time and NPS.
• Generate business and client‑follow‑up reports, including the Fuga tracking report.
• Maintain a client relationship agenda for important dates (birthdays, company anniversaries).
• Act as backup for the team during colleagues' vacations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, code of ethics and legal regulations.
• Keep the workspace organized and report any anomalies.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Student or university graduate in Administration, Accounting, Commercial Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer‑service role.
• Portuguese and English are desirable.
• Experience handling complaints, providing customer service and managing objections.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (intermediate level, desirable).
• SAP (intermediate level, desirable).
