About the role

The Post‑sale Coordinator of Works will manage all activities after the delivery of residential units, ensuring organized attention, timely solutions, and compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up post‑sale claims and requirements.
• Arrange inspections, repairs, adjustments and corrective actions with inspectors and providers.
• Monitor execution of work, deadlines, deliveries and incident closures.
• Manage contractors and suppliers, handling requests, budgets, schedules and service compliance.
• Verify that interventions have the necessary information and documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records, statuses and post‑sale commitments.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with clients and internal teams.
• Prepare follow‑up reports and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in post‑sale construction management.
• Proficiency with Excel and general computer tools.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
