Contador Público – Gestión Contable y Tributaria

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Public Accountant to lead the accounting, tax and corporate affairs of two business units. The role involves full‑cycle accounting, regulatory reporting and providing financial insights to support decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the bookkeeping for two business units.
• Prepare and file tax obligations such as VAT, corporate income tax, and other statutory filings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date corporate documentation and processes.
• Produce financial and management reports for senior management.
• Perform account reconciliations, analyses and month‑end closings.
• Ensure compliance with fiscal and accounting regulations.
• Use SAP and Starsoft systems for data processing and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and guarantee adherence to accounting standards.

Required profile

• Graduated Public Accountant (Contador Público).
• Minimum three years of comprehensive accounting experience.
• Analytical, organized, proactive and able to work autonomously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Proficiency in Starsoft.
• Advanced Excel skills.

What we offer

• Office located in Asunción with a 100% onsite work model.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00‑17:00, Saturday 8:00‑12:00.
• Indefinite contract with a salary commensurate with the position.
