About the role
The Maintenance Assistant will provide daily support for the upkeep and repair of industrial facilities and equipment. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Ciudad del Este and involves both preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on buildings, basic electrical systems, and simple plumbing.
- Perform regular inspections of installations and detect early signs of failure.
- Record all interventions and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
- Assist in organizing the tool and material warehouse.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to prioritize work orders and alerts.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience with equipment and general maintenance.
- Ability to follow instructions, communicate clearly, and work proactively in a team.
- Technical training in maintenance, electricity, mechanics or related fields is valued.
- Willingness to learn new procedures and adapt to changing requirements.
