Asistente Técnico/a Comercial

About the role

The Technical Commercial Assistant provides proactive administrative, commercial and operational support to a network of branches. The role ensures smooth, accurate daily operations while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and sales process follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Assist branch teams with administrative tasks, documentation and data entry.
• Support commercial activities, including order processing and sales tracking.
• Coordinate operational workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely follow‑up on sales leads.

Required profile

• Graduated from a technical industrial secondary program (Electromechanics, Electricity, Electrotechnics or related fields).
• Proven experience in administrative or commercial support roles.
• Strong teamwork orientation and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.
