About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions LATAM as a Logistics Operations Assistant. You will support the Order‑to‑Cash process, ensuring smooth flow of orders, shipments and financial reconciliations while collaborating with sales, logistics and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor orders, loads and deliveries, guaranteeing data integrity in SAP.
• Track performance metrics and propose corrective actions.
• Perform financial and logistical reconciliations, supporting reverse logistics and sales administration.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational queries across sales, logistics and finance.
• Contribute to process standardisation and automation projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of professional experience in finance, sales administration or logistics.
• Intermediate English proficiency (desired).
• Ability to handle high‑volume tasks and tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical mindset with proactive problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
