About the role

The Online Sales Advisor will work part‑time at Central Shop Py’s office in Asunción, handling customer inquiries and orders through digital channels such as chat, social media, email and messaging apps. The role combines sales support, customer service and basic e‑commerce content updates to ensure a smooth buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and process orders via chat, social networks, email and other messaging platforms.
• Provide clear product information, guide customers through the purchase process and close sales.
• Follow up on sales, handle complaints and support post‑sale customer satisfaction.
• Assist in updating online catalogs, promotions and social media posts.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to understand needs and drive loyalty.
• Willingness to learn quickly and share basic knowledge with teammates.
