About the role

As an External Sales Advisor at Record Electric SAECA, you will identify business opportunities and visit potential and existing customers to present the company's solutions and products. You will work closely with clients, delivering tailored proposals and ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct commercial presentations and follow‑up on leads.
• Close sales and manage a portfolio of customers.
• Generate new leads, prospect clients, and organize sales routes and visits.
• Coordinate deliveries, commercial terms, and post‑sale actions with internal teams.
• Provide ongoing customer support and resolve incidents to maintain long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain proposals clearly and persuasively.
• Experience in consultative sales and adapting offers to specific client needs.
• Orientation toward customer service and long‑term relationship building.
• Ability to work autonomously and achieve commercial objectives.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of office tools.
