About the role
The Salary Analyst will administer and manage payroll processes, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations, maintaining legal records, and continuously improving payroll operations.
Key responsibilities
- Process and oversee payroll for the organization.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain and control legal payroll documentation.
- Optimize and streamline payroll procedures.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll issues.
Required profile
- University students (4th year onward) or graduates in Administration, Labor Psychology or related fields.
- 1‑3 years of experience in HR administrative areas, especially payroll management.
- Strong analytical, organized, autonomous, and confidential work style.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Paraguayan labor legislation.
- Experience with REI (IPS) and REOP (MTESS) payroll systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
