Analista de Procesos de Compras (Source to Pay)

About the role

Nestlé Business Solutions LATAM is looking for a Procurement Process Analyst to support the purchasing departments of its Latin American subsidiaries. The role focuses on the Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) cycle, handling purchase order requests, invoice tracking and daily transaction analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Nestlé markets in Latin America for purchase order generation and invoice processing.
• Consolidate and analyse daily transactional data, proactively resolve issues and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Manage pending supplier invoices, follow up with stakeholders and coordinate with the Centralized Requestor Team.
• Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with regional objectives.
• Contribute to the achievement of annual company targets through efficient process execution.
